DOWNLOAD EVALUATION VERSION

You can download an evaluation version of LyricPro for free. This version is like the full version with the following exceptions:

• You will not be able to print your lyrics

• You will not be able to utilize the chord or number chart capabilities.

• You will not be able to utilize the cassette label capabilities.

• The Slant-Rhyme Dictionary will only find words which begin with A, B, or C.

You will, however, be able to save all your work, so that if you order the full version, which I hope you do, you will not loose any of the titles or lyrics you have already input.

At $39.95, I believe you will agree that LyricPro is a bargain when you see all of its capabilities.

Click below to download you evaluation version of LyricPro. The bad news is that the file is about 10 meg so it will take a while to download. The good news is that the full version is much smaller as you will have already downloaded the bulk of the program.

I would suggest printing this page for instructions on downloading the Evaluation version.

1. Click on hyperlink below and download to Desktop or any other folder.

2. Close your internet browser and use My Computer or Windows Explorer to browse to the appropriate folder. 

3. Double-click on eval2-1.exe and follow instructions (you should close any other open programs first).

4. After installing LyricPro, the Zip file will automatically delete any temporary files.

5. Note: if, during installation, you get a message saying that the program could not overwrite certain .dll files, it probably means that you have other programs open. In most cases, you can just say OK or IGNORE to get through those messages, but it's always best to close all other programs first.

6. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you already have a version of Microsoft Access installed on your computer, DO NOT install the evaluation version of LyricPro. Instead, click here and found out how to proceed.

Program Requirements:

• Personal or multimedia computer with a 486 or higher processor
• Windows 95/98/NT
• 16 MB of RAM (32 preferred)
• @35 MB of free disk space
• CD (if installing from disk)
• VGA or better monitor
• Mouse or compatible pointing device

Obviously, the more powerful your rig, the better the program will perform!

NOTE: this is a very mouse-oriented program. The Chart creation feature particularly is mouse-oriented.
